I Deva elogiano Śiva - The Śiva Purāna Vol. 1 -

Propongo ed invito alla lettura il capitolo 41 dello Śiva Purāna nella speranza di far riflettere.. diciamo un po' tutti; poiché per quanto lo si nasconde, specie in occidente, medio oriente, Africa ed America, Śiva resta sempre quello che è e ripeto, esagerare con le 'cattiverie nel mondo' in questa era finale, il kaly yuga, vuol dire sfidare la Sua pazienza o invitarlo ad anticipare il Mahāpralaya (dissoluzione dell'universo e tutto ciòche esso contiene). Con particolare invito alla riflessione non solo ai devoti e servitori degli asura, ma anche alle associazioni che traggono cultura dall'Oriente, tra cui in esempio la Iskon, dalla quale ho sentito con tristezza sminuire la figura di Śiva elevando al Suo posto un' emanazione, ossia Viṣnu (Kriṣna); ciò è ben descritto nel primo volume del Śiva Purāna (Chapther six- Description of the nature of Mahāpralaya and the origin of Viṣnu), pag. 194-->. Cari 'Hare Kriṣna', l'importanza di Viṣnu in riferimento agli universi, è indiscutibile, ma arrivare a dire non solo che Śiva è una sua creazione bensì anche la rappresentazione dell'ignoranza.. del tamas, suvvia, non si sta un poco esagerando dal momento in cui in vero Viṣnu è il primo devoto di Śiva?. Cito il verso 33-38 del suddetto capitolo: "Śiva thought within Himself like this --'Another being shall be created by me. Let him create everything, protect it and in the end let him dissolve it with my blessing. [...]". That's where Viṣnu come from.. dear Iskom. Śiva crea i creatori dell'universo.. non facciamo finta di non sapere! The Śiva Purāna Vol. 1, Chapter 41, Devas eulogise Śiva Edited by Prof. J.L. Shastri. ________________________________________________________Viṣnu and others said: 1. O great lord, the lord of the Gods and the prescriber of worldly conventions, we know you to be Śiva and Brahman, thanks to your favour. 2. O lord Śiva, why do you delude us by your illusion which is inscrutable and which deludes peoples always. 3. You are the supreme Brahman, greater than Prakriti and Puruśa, the material and activating cause of the universe. You are incomprehensible and inexpressible. 4. You alone create, sustain and annihilate the universe under your control like a spider (weaving its web). You sport about with Śivaśakti-your own manifestation. 5. O Śiva, merciful that you are, you alone created the sacrifice through Dakṣa for the fulfilment of the Vedas. 6. The delimitations which brahmins, experts in the Vedic path and rituals, believe in, end with you in the world. 7. O lord, the activites of auspicious nature result in happiness to the doer whereas inauspicious activities end in adverse, or in partially good and bad results. 8. You alone are the bestower of the fruits of all actions. You are the lord of glorious things according to the Vedas. 9. continue... 10. .... 11. .... 12.
